Color Mosaic
When creating the NMSU color mosaic, please follow these guidelines: Crimson should be the primary color, with the remainder of the pattern built from the two secondary colors, blue and yellow. Selected accent colors can be used sparingly to add texture and complexity to the mosaic pattern.
The color block components of the mosaic, which are generally rectangular, should be built in 1/8 inch vertical increments; the color blocks are, as a rule, longer horizontally than vertically. For further suggestions and guidance on the use of NMSU’s distinctive color mosaic pattern, contact University Communications, 646-3221.
After downloading any of these templates, please check the colors against the color palette, as the colors may have been affected by the downloading process.
